Our Special event planning services start at $3,000 and final pricing is determined by the complexity of the event.

Full Planning

  • Planning timeline: 12+ months out from wedding day.
  • Full-service planning from start to finish.
  • Final pricing for this service is determined by your overall wedding budget.
  • Full service planning is 15% of your overall wedding budget with the service starting at $10k.

Every event has unique elements which can ultimately affect the price of services. The majority of weddings do fit within the packages listed above.

Pricing may increase based on large guest counts, complex day of set up requests, extremely short set up time on the day of, excessive distance between ceremony and reception, etc.

No, at the point of contract signing you will pay the retainer to hold your date. Your contract will outline a payment schedule with payments being broke up between up in the months leading up to your wedding or event.
