At  TRUE SPLENDOR EVENTS, we don’t just merely manage events. We use them as an opportunity to create experiences and memories that will last a lifetime. Our goal, since the beginning, is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our clients. We approach each project with the philosophy that we should “Make it nice. Make it memorable. Make it yours.” Simply put: We own the planning process but we always keep the client’s vision front of mind.

We take what we do seriously and truly enjoy working with our diverse group of clients. Each wedding package can be customized to your needs and budget and we will make it happen without the stress generally associated with orchestrating an event.

Meet Shanelle

FOUNDERShanelle Williams

True Splendor Events  is led by SHANELLE WILLIAMS, an accomplished event planner with over six years of experience in managing all event types from weddings to media and technology conferences. Shanelle brings with her a background in both private and corporate events. Having worked on both the venue side and the and the agency side of the industry Shanelle has a keen eye for detail. She prides herself on her effective relationship management.

Upcoming Events

As a busy couple who both deploy regularly, having Shanelle plan our wedding was a life saver. She is awesome!! She was great at interpreting my vision and explaining it to the various vendors and when we had to unexpectedly cancel the wedding due to an unforeseen deployment, she was great at working with everyone to make sure there were issues with cancellations. I hired Shanelle to work on my product launch during NEW YORK FASHION WEEK in 2015. From the very beginning Shanelle showed an amazing commitment to the event and worked tirelessly to ensure that the event was a success. Setting a great foundation is extremely important when planning an event of any size. Customized documents will be created for you such as a budget and timeline, so nothing falls through the cracks along the way!

The big day is finally here! Now it is time to watch all the plans come to life. Of course, with my exceptional day of services you and your guests can enjoy the day’s festivities while I make sure everything goes smoothly.

Venue Search

We lead the search for the right location for your event. It is always our goal to find the right venue, in the right location and the right price point. We do all the footwork and allow you the ease of just having to give the approval!

Vendor Management

A successful event is a well orchestrated dance with many participants. True Splendor Events will work as the liaison between you and your vendors effectively managing relationships and ensuring you get the very best deals and rates.

Budget Management

I work with you to create a budget that we can stick to from initial planning all the way to completion of your event. The goal is always to set realistic expectations of what your event will cost and stick with it while always keeping the best way to use funds front of mind.

Mailing Coordination

Send out Invitations and track RSVP’s and responses as they come in. For any event it’s vital to know who is coming and I can help to make that a seamless process.

Day of Services

The event has arrived and you should be able to enjoy it! Allowing us to handle your day of services frees you up to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Consulting

If you would like to be hands on and plan your own event but would still like the assistance of an experienced planner consulting services may be for you. We can provide as much (or as little) advice needed during the planning process.
